Description

You will lead user experience design and research for web applications and specific product modules.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate market needs into usable, valuable solutions.
• Own the end-to-end user experience for assigned web applications and projects within cross-functional teams.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to improve product effectiveness.
• Champion user-centered design principles throughout the entire development lifecycle.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure high usability standards across all products.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX design roles.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience with user analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Matomo, or Hotjar.
• Expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Strong skills in User Interface Design and User Experience Design.
• Ability to perform data analysis to drive design decisions.
• Proven ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within an agile product development environment.
