Description

Lead the user experience strategy for web applications and product modules within a cross-functional team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end user experience for assigned web applications, projects, or modules.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate market needs into functional, valuable solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to improve product effectiveness.
• Champion user-centered design principles across the entire product development lifecycle.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure high usability standards and optimal customer experiences.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong project portfolio.
• Proficiency in design tools including Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Experience with user analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Matomo, or Hotjar.
• Strong skills in User Interface Design and User Experience Design.
• Ability to perform data analysis to drive design decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within an agile product development environment.
