Description

You will own the end-to-end user experience for assigned web applications and modules within a cross-functional product team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate market needs into usable, valuable solutions.
• Own the user experience for specific web applications, projects, or modules.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to improve product effectiveness.
• Champion user-centered design principles throughout the entire development process.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure high usability standards and customer experience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Experience with user analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Matomo, or Hotjar.
• Strong skills in Data Analysis and User Interface Design.
• Ability to communicate complex design ideas to diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within an agile product development environment.
