Description

You design and program tooling and machined parts using CATIA for 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and model diverse tooling including composite client-up, hydro-blocks, SLA/FDM, and pour molds.
• Program machined parts for 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines using CATIA V5.
• Utilize CATIA V5 and V6 for comprehensive tooling design and modeling tasks.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver programmed components and tooling designs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in CATIA V5 NC mill programming.
• Proficiency in CATIA V5 and V6 for design and modeling.
• Experience programming for 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines.
• Hands-on experience with Tooling Design and modeling.
• Knowledge of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) operations.
• Ability to work with Axis and C programming languages.

Preferred Skills

• Extensive tool design experience paired with CATIA V5 programming proficiency.
• Background in CATIA V5 NC programming with additional tool design expertise.
