Description

Lead the design and evolution of highly available, scalable production infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive architectural decisions for infrastructure reliability and performance.
• Manage core production systems and oversee large-scale changes with minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with engineering and SRE teams to align infrastructure strategy with business objectives.
• Anticipate and mitigate complex systems issues through proactive observability and automation.
• Lead post-incident reviews to define systemic improvements and foster continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering within high-scale SaaS environments.
• Deep expertise with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), including cluster management.
• Advanced experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including multi-cloud setups.
• Mastery of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform for modular, reusable configurations.
• Proven ability to architect and scale CI/CD systems and deployment automation.
• Extensive experience building observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry).
• Proficiency in systems programming or scripting (Python, Go, Bash) for automation.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and event streaming technologies (Kafka, Spark).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
