Description

You will design and maintain complex software applications for Workers’ Compensation insurance premium analysis and processing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support software applications for analyzing Workers’ Compensation insurance premiums using NYCIRB guidelines.
• Maintain data integration solutions connecting with AMS systems such as Applied EPIC and Vertafore.
• Design and implement billing solutions for Workers’ Compensation and Disability Insurance accounts receivable using the Accrual Accounting Method.
• Build and manage automated deployment processes, source control, and release pipelines within Azure DevOps Server.
• Engineer solutions for parsing, generating, and transforming ACORD .AL3 data files using mapping tools.

Required Skills

• 84 months of experience with Oracle PL/SQL, including Packages, Types, Objects, Triggers, and Advanced Queuing.
• 84 months of experience estimating workers' compensation experience ratings and implementing policy renewals, rebills, and audits.
• 60 months of experience as a .NET application developer using C# and Visual Studio 2019 or newer.
• 60 months of experience with ACORD AL3 data format and transformation for Underwriting and Claims applications.
• 60 months of experience developing software systems for accounts receivable billing via Accrual Accounting.
• 48 months of experience with AL3 mapping tools such as AL3 Mapper and IVANS.
• 48 months of experience in web application development using JavaScript, CSS, XSLT, and HTML.
• 24 months of experience with Azure DevOps Server, including work item tracking and automated deployment.
• Bachelor's degree.
