Description

You will manage, deploy, and troubleshoot enterprise F5 network environments, providing L4 support and automation for application delivery controllers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy F5 Viprion and Velos hardware alongside software configurations.
• Design complex load balancing solutions and optimize network efficiency for cloud and data center environments.
• Provide L4 troubleshooting and support for application delivery controllers, including traffic flow and application monitors.
• Develop automation for Application Delivery Controllers using Python, RestAPI, and Terafarm.
• Direct junior technicians and create technical documentation for lower-level support processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Hands-on F5 experience including LTM, APM, vCMP, tmsh, partitions, and route domains.
• Proficiency with Python, RestAPI, and Terafarm for automation.
• Strong understanding of network operating systems, devices, and networking protocols.
• Experience with network architecture analysis and engineering implementation.
• Ability to monitor, upgrade, and maintain F5 Big-IP load balancer architectures.
• Diagnosing and resolving complex network problems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing hybrid hardware and software F5 components.
