Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable data solutions using Microsoft Fabric
• Architect end-to-end data pipelines including ingestion, transformation, and visualization
• Work with Data Factory, Synapse, and Power BI within the Fabric ecosystem
• Build and optimize Lakehouse architectures
• Develop and manage data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, and real-time data processing solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers and developers
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are met
• Optimize performance and cost of data solutions
• Stay updated with latest Fabric features and recommend best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering / BI Development
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric
• Strong experience with:
  • Azure Data Factory / Fabric Pipelines
  • Azure Synapse Analytics
  • Power BI (DAX, Data Modeling)
  • SQL, Python, or Scala
• Experience with Lakehouse / Data Warehouse architectures
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT concepts
• Experience with Spark / PySpark
• Knowledge of data governance and security frameworks
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
