Manage and enhance the Facets system to support organizational requirements in Des Moines, IA.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to design and implement system solutions.
• Provide technical support to end-users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system alignment with business needs.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to drive continuous system improvement.

Required Skills

• Direct experience working with the Facets platform in a healthcare environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of Facets core batches and batch processes.
• Deep understanding of the Facets data model.
• Proficiency in SQL Server.
• Functional expertise in at least one Facets module (Membership, Claims, Billing, or Provider).
• Ability to work on-site in Des Moines, IA.

Preferred Skills

• Graduate degree in a related field.
