Description

You will serve as the subject matter expert for Facets Claims processing throughout the project lifecycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for Claims systems.
• Build and track project plans to ensure timely delivery.
• Represent Claims teams in large implementation meetings.
• Provide subject matter expertise in Facets and Claims processing to support project goals.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of IT experience.
• Minimum of 3 years as a Business Analyst specifically in Facets Claims processing.
• Expertise in gathering, documenting, and building requirements.
• Experience building and tracking project plans.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Facets and Claims.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for client-facing environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
