Manage facility operations in Jacksonville, FL, ensuring site compliance and optimal productivity.

Responsibilities

• Manage facilities and vendor relationships, ensuring all work meets defined scope.
• Execute predictive and preventive maintenance for building equipment and computer room facilities.
• Coordinate space allocations, relocations, shipping, receiving, and waste management.
• Address building emergencies involving plumbing, HVAC, mechanical systems, and general health.
• Implement corporate safety programs, including EH&S, emergency response, and evacuation planning.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience or combination of education and training.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a facility.
• Experience managing systems within a regulated environment.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and business communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain effective relationships with diverse groups at all levels.
• Knowledge of EH&S, safety codes, and building maintenance requirements.
