Description

Manage the full project life cycle for industrial plant design, supply, and construction. Ensure projects stay within budget and on time.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project life cycle from scope determination through execution.
• Coordinate with vendors to define scope of work, payment terms, and delivery conditions.
• Liaise with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies to secure permits and compliance certificates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources and set priorities.
• Transition equipment into Maximo for preventative maintenance and complete safety checks with EHS.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in project engineering, project management, project controls, or plant management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3-D modeling.
• Experience using Gantt charts and project management software.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Experience working within construction and industrial business sectors.
• Effective written and oral communication skills for interacting with senior management and third-party partners.

Preferred Skills

• PMP Certification.
• Experience with equipment used in the production of non-woven fiberglass-based materials or the paper industry.
