Description

You will design and implement automation strategies to drive smart factory development and manufacturing efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design automation strategies incorporating camera vision, RFID, AGV, AMR, and Industry 4.0 solutions.
• Lead automation projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Integrate automation technologies and IoT into existing manufacturing systems and software.
• Drive smart factory initiatives using real-time data analytics, IoT, and machine learning for predictive maintenance.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams and develop staff training programs for system operation.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in automation engineering, robotics, and process automation.
• Expertise in Automation Design & Planning and System Integration.
• Hands-on experience with Camera Vision, RFID, AGV, and AMR technologies.
• Proven ability in Technical Leadership and Vendor Management.
• Experience implementing IoT integration and real-time data analytics.
• Strong ability to write and maintain efficient, reusable documentation and test cases.
• Competency in ensuring automation solutions meet industry safety standards and regulations.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications in automation technologies or project management (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma).
• Background in the Logistics or Manufacturing industry.
