Description

Perform finite element analysis to drive product design, durability, and NVH improvements.

Responsibilities

• Execute FEA tasks including design, durability, NVH, and optimization.
• Conduct bolt joint analysis and fastening studies.
• Perform powertrain-related simulations and component-level analysis.
• Correlate test data with simulation results at component and assembly levels.
• Present simulation reports to the product team to improve product performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in FEA and simulation.
• Proficiency in Abaqus (Implicit and Explicit).
• Experience with Hyperworks and NASTRAN/Optistruct.
• Expertise in Siemens Simcenter 3D.
• Strong background in fastening and bolt joint analysis.
• Experience with powertrain systems.
• Ability to correlate test and simulation results.
• Any Graduate degree.
