You will provide administrative HR support to a federal sector client focused on personnel actions and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Assist HR Specialists with personnel action processing, classifications, and qualifications.
- Enter and maintain employee data, job classifications, and qualification information in HR systems.
- Maintain personnel records to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Screen job applicants by verifying education, experience, and qualifications.
- Collaborate on recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation initiatives.
- Flag discrepancies to ensure adherence to legal and organizational compliance standards.
Required Skills
- 1 year of experience in HR administration.
- Experience providing Human Resource support services to a federal sector client.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
