You will provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for federal customers, resolving complex network and hardware issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network configuration issues across data center, campus, and routing deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of escalated customer issues.
• Support product installation, operation, and optimization according to federal security and operational standards.
• Document customer interactions, recurring issues, and feed product improvement feedback to engineering.
• Assist in developing knowledge base content and best practices for the federal networking community.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, configuring, and supporting network environments.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols: AAA/TACACS, ACL, ARP, BGP, DHCP, Ethernet, IPv4/IPv6, MPLS, OSPF, VLAN, and VRF.
• Proficiency in Linux command-line and scripting using Python or shell.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting tools including tcpdump, Wireshark, and IXIA.
• Working knowledge of networking industry standards and protocols.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, suitable for high-security environments.
