Description

You will design and oversee the technical implementation of healthcare data interoperability solutions using FHIR standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data conversion processes from HL7 CCDA to FHIR.
• Manage API lifecycles and integration patterns using APIM and SOA principles.
• Build and maintain data pipelines using ELT processes and Azure Data Factory.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues within the Azure environment.
• Optimize system performance and monitoring using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical architecture or engineering.
• Deep expertise in FHIR, HL7, and HL7 CCDA standards.
• Hands-on experience with Azure FHIR APIs and Azure API for FHIR.
• Proficiency in Node.js and Python.
• Experience with .NET and C#.
• Practical knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure Storage.
• Experience managing Azure Key Vault and Azure networking (VNETs, subnets, VPN gateways, NSGs).
• Understanding of Azure IAM, including Azure Active Directory and Azure AD Connect.
• Proven ability in ELT and data orchestration via Azure Data Factory.
