Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of software components using FICO Blaze Advisor.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical system designs and perform solution gap analysis.
• Design, develop, and enhance software components to improve system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and performance issues within defined timeframes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including Product Owners, vendors, and helpdesk teams, to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and coaching to developers throughout the software development life cycle.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in programming and systems analysis.
• Expert knowledge of object-oriented programming using FICO Blaze Advisor.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Groovy, Grails, and Spring technologies.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum SDLC methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex system design.
• Experience with Oracle and Java.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years of experience in programming and systems analysis.
• 5+ years of experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry.
• Oracle or Java certifications and multi-lingual skills.
