Description

You will design, develop, and maintain business rule applications using FICO Blaze Advisor and Java within the BFSI domain.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement rule logic using FICO Blaze Advisor, ensuring accuracy and performance.
• Develop and integrate RESTful and SOAP-based web services using Java.
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, fix bugs, and resolve issues in production environments.
• Manage application deployment on servers such as JBoss, Tomcat, or WebSphere.
• Maintain coding standards, conduct code reviews, and document architecture and processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience with FICO Blaze Advisor and Java.
• Strong understanding of rule engine development and Business Rule Management Systems (BRMS).
• Hands-on experience with JBoss, Tomcat, or WebSphere application servers.
• Proficiency in building and managing dependencies using Maven or Gradle.
• Experience with version control using Git and project tracking with Jira.
• Proven ability to develop and integrate RESTful APIs.

Preferred Skills

• Domain knowledge in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI).
