Description

You will provide technical support across the entire sales lifecycle, from pre-sales design to post-sales implementation and installation inspection.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop techno-commercial Bills of Materials (BOM) and technical solutions based on customer requirements.
• Support the sales team by delivering technology training and providing technical product information to partners.
• Conduct periodic site visits to inspect system integrator installations and ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with R&D to test upcoming products, resolve technical queries, and provide feedback before launch.
• Manage technical documentation including installation completion, customer complaints, design documents, and drawing formats.
• Analyze competitor product specifications and coordinate with the MARCOM team on product catalog development.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar technical or field engineering role.
• Experience with Internet service installations, IP networking, CCTV projects, or security systems.
• Familiarity with home automation technologies and protocols.
• Ability to provide technical design and solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience handling customers and understanding product positioning.
• Capability to manage stretched deadlines and travel or relocate as required.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and various Operating Systems.
• Certifications in automation systems or networking.
• Prior experience in networking design and project management.
