Description

Support engineering and R&D lab environments through hands-on data center operations, hardware installation, and infrastructure troubleshooting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networking equipment, and lab hardware.
• Perform rack and stack activities, including cabling and hardware deployments.
• Troubleshoot server, hardware, network connectivity, and power-related issues.
• Support Qualys installation and related infrastructure activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of hardware setups, inventory, and procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data center operations, engineering labs, or infrastructure support.
• Strong hands-on experience with server hardware installation, rack/stack, and cabling.
• Experience with Qualys deployment and installation.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, switching, and routing.
• Experience with Linux system administration and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows Server environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work within data center environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, or other automation/configuration management tools.
• Knowledge of Python, PHP, or MySQL.
• Previous experience supporting R&D, engineering, or product labs.
