Description

Provide onsite technical support for desktop and laptop hardware across multiple locations within a 50-mile radius of Latham, NY.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot laptop and desktop hardware and software issues in an enterprise environment.
• Transport equipment between sites and lift items weighing 50 lbs or more, such as printers.
• Provide coverage for other technicians and support go-live projects as needed.
• Maintain flexibility to work after hours, weekends, or early morning shifts for cut-overs and project support.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting desktop and laptop issues in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Citrix, and Microsoft SCCM.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and a dependable vehicle for travel.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Capacity to work flexible shifts, including weekends and late nights.
• Any Graduate degree.
