Description

Provide on-site technical support for desktop and laptop hardware within an enterprise environment, including troubleshooting, equipment transport, and project cut-over support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for laptops and desktop computers.
• Transport equipment between various sites as required.
• Provide coverage for other technicians and support project cut-overs or go-live events.
• Maintain flexible availability for after-hours, weekend, or early morning shifts.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting enterprise desktop and laptop issues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Active Directory, Citrix, and Microsoft SCCM/Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and a dependable vehicle.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and late-night project support.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs or more to move printers and other hardware.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with teamwork and easily adaptable to changing site requirements.
