Provide operational support and execute IMAC requests for IT infrastructure across office, reservation, and airport environments.
Responsibilities
Execute physical relocation and upgrades of PC workstations, peripherals, phones, network routers, and airport-specific equipment.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, hardware, and airline-specific devices including Kiosks and Flight Information Display Systems.
Perform root cause analysis to recover from service interruptions and prevent recurring hardware or software problems.
Maintain asset management systems and perform preventative maintenance on operational devices.
Coordinate with external vendors, internal technology owners, and project management teams to implement platform changes.
Required Skills
2-4 years of formal IT training or equivalent work experience.
Basic network, server, and application knowledge.
Hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
Experience with NT workstations and peripheral devices.
Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook.
Ability to provide on-site and on-call 7x24x365 support.
Ability to regularly move equipment weighing at least 30 pounds.
