Description
You will execute hardware repair and technical support tasks within a directed service delivery environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform hardware repair activities including replaceable unit swapping and unit testing.
- Execute image loading and follow detailed technical scripts to complete assignments.
- Respond to service calls for installing and servicing PCs, peripherals, and electronic equipment.
- Carry out incident-specific activities as directed by the Help Desk or Service Desk.
- Support Next Business Day (NBD) and Same Business Day (SBD) service delivery requirements.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of technical support experience.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Experience following technical scripts for service delivery.
- Hands-on experience with PC installation and peripheral servicing.
- A+ certification or equivalent technical knowledge.
- Ability to work within Help Desk and Service Desk workflows.
- Experience in high-volume service environments.
Education
