Description

You will provide on-site technical support and hardware repair for laptops and desktops in the Linthicum, MD area.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Repair laptops and desktops by replacing components such as hard drives, motherboards, and keyboards.
• Execute whole unit swaps and repair or replace PC peripherals.
• Travel to various client locations within the metro and surrounding areas to fulfill service requests.
• Manage and close service tickets in real time using the client Call Management system.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in field service or computer technician roles.
• Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and component replacement.
• Proven ability to perform repairs on laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
• Must have reliable transportation for travel to client sites.
• Ability to use mobile devices to manage service tickets in real time.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the client Call Management system.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex hardware issues.
