You will provide on-site hardware support and repair services for clients in Naperville, IL.

Responsibilities

• Perform break-fix repairs on PC hardware across multiple client sites.
• Manage and resolve on-site technical issues via hardware support calls.
• Complete required product training to maintain service standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical field roles.
• Expert-level knowledge of Dell Desktop PC installation and support.
• Proven ability to perform hardware break-fix procedures.
• Any Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Reliable transportation for travel between locations.
• Ability to pass drug and background screenings.
