Description

You will manage on-site construction resources, schedules, and technical documentation to ensure project performance.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily with project crews to verify availability of materials, equipment, and resources.
  • Analyze shop drawings, design specifications, and material requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track project performance by evaluating daily production, schedules, and budget projections.
  • Manage cost coding for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
  • Conduct Job Hazard Analysis (JHAs) and attend weekly safety meetings to maintain compliance.
  • Review project specifications for quality assurance during all phases of work.

Required Skills

  • 6+ years of experience as an Engineer with heavy field interface experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and design specifications.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of Procure (or equivalent), Bluebeam, and HCSS.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles.
  • Proven ability to lead meetings and present technical topics to groups.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous supervisory experience.
