You will manage on-site construction resources, schedules, and technical documentation to ensure project performance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily with project crews to verify availability of materials, equipment, and resources.
- Analyze shop drawings, design specifications, and material requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project performance by evaluating daily production, schedules, and budget projections.
- Manage cost coding for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Conduct Job Hazard Analysis (JHAs) and attend weekly safety meetings to maintain compliance.
- Review project specifications for quality assurance during all phases of work.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience as an Engineer with heavy field interface experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and design specifications.
- Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Basic knowledge of Procure (or equivalent), Bluebeam, and HCSS.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles.
- Proven ability to lead meetings and present technical topics to groups.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Previous supervisory experience.
