Description

You will provide hands-on technical support for end-user hardware and software issues in Noida.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook environments.
• Perform hardware diagnosis and replacement for assigned equipment.
• Assist with basic network setup, including IP addressing and LAN configuration.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in desktop/laptop/printer support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 configuration and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and replacing desktop, laptop, and printer hardware.
• Working knowledge of basic networking concepts (IP addressing, LAN setup, Wi-Fi).
• Proficiency in using LAN tools and support procedures.
• Demonstrated customer handling and communication skills.
