Description

You will provide onsite technical support and manage the lifecycle of workstation hardware and end-user computing services in Hechingen, Germany.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware breakfix, troubleshooting, and repairs for desktops, laptops, monitors, and printers.
• Manage workstation imaging, Windows migrations, and OS/application deployments using SCCM.
• Execute hardware lifecycle tasks including installs, moves, adds, changes (IMAC), and device refreshes.
• Diagnose and resolve networking issues involving DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP, and IP configuration.
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, and folder access to maintain security compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or field engineering.
• Proficiency with SCCM for imaging and Windows deployment.
• Hands-on experience with Windows troubleshooting and hardware breakfix.
• Working knowledge of Group Policy administration and Active Directory.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and VPN.
• Experience managing O365 configurations and MS Office products.
• Ability to manage mobile devices using MDM tools like Airwatch, Intune, or Azure.
• Experience using ServiceNow for ticket queue management.
• Familiarity with Okta and Software Center (SWC).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) administration.
• Knowledge of conference room facility configuration and IP phone installation.
