Description

You will provide onsite technical support and manage end-user computing hardware and software lifecycles in Hechingen, Germany.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware break-fix, repairs, and data recovery for desktops, laptops, monitors, and printers.
• Manage workstation imaging, deployment, and Windows migrations using SCCM.
• Execute hardware lifecycle tasks including installs, moves, adds, changes, and device refreshes.
• Troubleshoot networking issues including DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP, and IP configurations.
• Resolve Level 1-2 support tickets within ServiceNow, escalating to Level 3 when necessary.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience in IT support and workstation services.
• Proficiency with Windows OS deployment and SCCM agent upgrades.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Group Policy administration.
• Working knowledge of MDM tools including Airwatch, Intune, or Azure.
• Technical understanding of DNS, DHCP, VPN, and TCP/IP protocols.
• Experience managing hardware and software via ServiceNow.
• Competency in troubleshooting MS Office, O365, and Okta.
• Ability to manage spares and document resolutions in Knowledge Management systems.
