You will manage on-ground political campaigns in Andhra Pradesh, coordinating teams and executing strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead political campaigning efforts on the ground in the Andhra Pradesh region.
• Coordinate with field teams to execute campaign strategies effectively.
• Conduct on-ground research and analyze retrospective electoral data to inform decisions.
• Prepare reports summarizing data from field visits and leader comparative analysis.
• Manage overall campaign operations to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Proficiency in Telugu and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong political awareness and understanding of the local landscape.
• Ability to present thoughts logically and succinctly.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
• Strong active listening and consultative skills.

• On-field experience in campaign management or similar roles.
