Description

You will execute regional marketing plans to build pipeline and drive revenue goals through targeted local programs.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional marketing programs including in-person seminars, virtual webinars, executive engagements, and third-party conferences.
• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and go-to-market ecosystem partners to generate new business.
• Track lead flow to ensure sales channels follow up with event attendees and campaign responders.
• Manage quarterly regional field marketing budgets and monitor KPIs using Salesforce and Tableau.
• Analyze program results and business contribution through data-driven reporting and analytics.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in field or event marketing roles within a technology company.
• Proven expertise in field and channel marketing.
• Strong understanding of the IT buyer and ability to create events for specific buyer personas.
• Ability to manage and execute multiple marketing campaigns concurrently.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com and CRM tools.
• Experience with Marketing Automation and GSuite.
• Strong project management, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory for regional events.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Splash.
• Location in Northern California or Seattle.
