Description

You will manage demand generation initiatives and marketing events across the Great Lakes region to drive pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional marketing plans and execute programs including seminars, webinars, executive engagements, and third-party conferences.
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to deliver marketing programs tailored to local markets and target accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and go-to-market ecosystem partners to generate new business.
• Track lead flow and monitor KPIs using Salesforce and Tableau to ensure timely sales follow-up.
• Manage the quarterly regional field marketing budget and analyze program results through data-driven reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in field or event marketing within a high-growth technology company.
• Background in cybersecurity or high-tech industries.
• Expertise in Field and Channel Marketing.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, CRM, and Tableau.
• Experience with Marketing Automation.
• Strong understanding of the IT buyer and ability to create events for specific buyer personas.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent marketing campaigns.
• Strong project management, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate regional plans and build buy-in with sales teams.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GSuit and Splash.
• Residency in Michigan, Ohio, or Indiana.
