Description

You will lead regional marketing strategies to build pipeline and drive revenue through targeted local programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional marketing plans including in-person seminars, webinars, executive engagements, and third-party conferences.
• Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to deliver marketing programs tailored to local markets and target accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and go-to-market ecosystem partners to generate new business.
• Track lead flow and monitor KPIs using Salesforce and Tableau to ensure sales follow-up.
• Manage quarterly regional field marketing budgets and analyze program results through data-driven reporting.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in field or event marketing roles.
• Proven expertise in Field and Channel Marketing.
• Strong understanding of the IT buyer and ability to create compelling events for buyer personas.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent marketing campaigns and pivoting based on changing needs.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong project management, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to travel within the Great Lakes territory for regional events.
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills to build buy-in with sales teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Marketing Automation, GSuite, and Splash.
