Description

You will manage IT infrastructure and hardware operations across multiple sites in New York City.

Responsibilities

• Manage MDF and IDF technology rooms and on-prem data center environments.
• Maintain hardware including desktops, laptops, smartphones, UPS, and PDU units.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure service delivery and equipment support.
• Travel between 37 ACS sites across the 5 boroughs, including 24x7x365 facilities and secure detention centers.
• Lift and move IT equipment weighing up to 50lbs as required.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in IT Field Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Servers and VMWare.
• Working knowledge of Cisco network gear, Wi-Fi, and VoIP.
• Experience managing EPL data circuits and security surveillance systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Project, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Teams, PPM, and SharePoint.
• Ability to solve complex problems independently or within a team.
• Strong vendor management and interpersonal communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
