Description

You will manage IT infrastructure and field operations across multiple sites in New York City. You will own the technical integrity of MDF/IDF rooms, on-prem data centers, and network environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage MDF and IDF technology rooms and on-prem data center environments.
• Maintain IT infrastructure including Windows Servers, VMWare, and Cisco network gear.
• Support hardware deployment and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and smartphones.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage EPL data circuits, UPS, and PDU systems.
• Travel between 37 ACS sites across the five NYC boroughs, including 24x7x365 facilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in IT Field Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Servers and VMWare.
• Technical knowledge of Cisco network gear, Wi-Fi, and VoIP.
• Experience managing on-prem data centers and EPL data circuits.
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Project, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Teams, PPM, and SharePoint.
• Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50lbs.
• Proven vendor management skills.
• Ability to work independently to solve complex technical problems.
