You will provide on-site technical support and desktop maintenance for field service operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver field service support for desktop hardware and software.
• Manage and troubleshoot Windows-based environments.
• Maintain and support VMware virtualized systems.
• Resolve technical issues for end-users on-site.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Field Service support.
• Deep expertise in desktop support and maintenance.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with VMware.
• Any graduate degree.
