Description

You will lead the design and implementation of complex Field Service solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Field Service solutions covering work orders, scheduling, resource management, and mobile/offline capabilities.
• Translate business requirements from end users and analysts into technical architecture and integration specifications.
• Conduct architecture, security, and performance reviews to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop technical documentation including architecture diagrams and configuration guides.
• Mentor junior team members on implementation best practices and demonstrate new Dynamics 365 Field Service capabilities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 Field Service.
• Deep knowledge of Field Service workflows, core functionalities, and configuration options.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns for connecting Field Service with external business systems.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools including Azure DevOps and GitFlow.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics and Azure technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Functions and Logic Apps.
