Description

You will provide onsite hardware maintenance and technical support for payment terminals, EPOs, and head office solutions in Bristol.

Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled maintenance visits and proactive service calls to ensure system uptime.
• Respond to service requests within established SLA requirements.
• Manage assets and maintain accurate stock reporting.
• Complete all necessary engineering paperwork and call closure documentation.
• Perform basic installations and joint visits as directed by the Operations Team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a similar field service role.
• Field Service Management expertise.
• Technical Support experience with payment terminals or similar hardware.
• Proven ability to manage SLAs under pressure.
• Asset Management skills.
• Full UK driving license.
• Basic technical aptitude for hardware diagnostics.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• SPA Passport.
• Service delivery experience.
