Description

You will provide on-site technical support, maintenance, and repair for designated equipment within an assigned territory.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment, including performing installations, upgrades, and preventative maintenance.
• Resolve mechanical problems such as vacuum leaks, vacuum system gun replacements, and target replacements.
• Manage your service schedule by prioritizing customer calls and urgent requests through to completion.
• Maintain territory documentation, including expense reports, consignment logs, and field service records.
• Escalate complex incidents to senior representatives or management when necessary.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in electronic and electro-mechanical engineering.
• Proficiency with testing equipment for verification, checkout, and calibration of electronic components.
• Technical experience with micro-computers, PC-based systems, and debugging.
• Ability to identify and repair routine software, delivery system network problems, and imaging system defects.
• Experience performing routine maintenance on major STBs.
• Strong ability to interpret technical documentation, standards, and principles in the field.
• Competency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to meet all vendor credentialing requirements, including background checks, drug screens, and specific immunizations.

Preferred Skills

• Associate degree, technical/vocational training, or military experience in electronics.
• Experience using HCM tools like Workday or equivalent ERP products.
