Description

You will manage site-level IT infrastructure, application environments, and end-user services in Uppsala.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage P1/P2 tickets and provide after-hours on-call support.
• Act as the single point of contact for complex service requests and local projects, including MES systems and network expansion.
• Monitor site health, network reliability, capacity, and service level metrics.
• Own local asset planning, purchasing, deployment, and decommissioning.
• Coordinate end-user services including hardware support, user access, and software maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT field services or site infrastructure support.
• Hands-on experience with desktop, printer, and general hardware support.
• Proficiency in network administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing user access and collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of mobility solutions and software installation/maintenance.
• Functional understanding of integrating plant equipment with IT platforms such as Wonderware, Camstar, OSIPI, or Werum.
• Ability to support manufacturing business processes and execution systems.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
