Description

You will manage field service operations, client relationships, and custom project delivery in automation and robotics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned projects, ensuring alignment and accountability.
• Monitor and manage project budgets and profitability throughout the entire lifecycle.
• Create and manage Gantt charts and timelines to meet milestones and schedules.
• Host internal and customer meetings, documenting agendas, notes, and action items.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years managing custom projects in automation, robotics, or packaging machinery.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Experience with packaging machines, robotic manipulator systems, and electrical systems.
• Experience using project management software (e.g., MS Project, Wrike).
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and timelines.
• Valid passport and ability to obtain international travel documentation.
