Description

You will manage the startup, optimization, and troubleshooting of custom industrial equipment and assist with Factory Acceptance Testing.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, tune, and operate industrial converting and manufacturing machinery.
  • Diagnose electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical issues during machine operation.
  • Read and interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics.
  • Assist with machine installation at customer sites.
  • Travel up to 40% of the year on a 4-day work week schedule.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience working with industrial machinery.
  • Proficiency with PLCs, HMIs, and Drives.
  • Hands-on experience with Motors, Pneumatics, and Hydraulics.
  • Experience with machine installation.
  • Knowledge of web handling and closed loop load cell tension control.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Any Graduate degree.
