You will manage the startup, optimization, and troubleshooting of custom industrial equipment and assist with Factory Acceptance Testing.
Responsibilities
- Set up, tune, and operate industrial converting and manufacturing machinery.
- Diagnose electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical issues during machine operation.
- Read and interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics.
- Assist with machine installation at customer sites.
- Travel up to 40% of the year on a 4-day work week schedule.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience working with industrial machinery.
- Proficiency with PLCs, HMIs, and Drives.
- Hands-on experience with Motors, Pneumatics, and Hydraulics.
- Experience with machine installation.
- Knowledge of web handling and closed loop load cell tension control.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems.
- Any Graduate degree.
