You will provide onsite technical support and infrastructure maintenance within manufacturing plant environments.
Responsibilities
Manage desktop and laptop lifecycles, including imaging with Windows 10/11, wiping, re-imaging, and deploying encryption and anti-malware solutions.
Resolve escalated desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues that remote support teams cannot fix.
Perform hands and eyes support in data centers, managing hardware installation, firmware updates, power/network connectivity, and general facility hygiene.
Configure initial settings for firewalls, switches, and Wi-Fi access points before handing them over to centralized teams.
Support meeting room technology, including MS Surface Hubs, LogiTech Tap, and A/V equipment.
Required Skills
8-10 years of experience in onsite services, preferably within manufacturing plants.
Proficiency in installing and supporting Windows and Apple desktop/laptop devices.
Experience configuring and troubleshooting peripherals such as printers, scanners, and quality control gauges.
Working knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting servers, storage, cabling, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points.
Ability to manage device compliance through Client Endpoint Management solutions.
Competency in performing remote wipes for lost or stolen devices.
Fluency in English and the local language.
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Preferred Skills
Experience providing guidance to junior team members.
Ability to work independently as a self-starter without day-to-day management.
