Description

You will perform on-site maintenance, repairs, and installations for ATMs, retail POS equipment, and EV charging stations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform electromechanical repairs on ATMs, including card readers and printers.
• Execute basic installations such as mounting devices, pulling cables, and installing locks.
• Resolve technical issues including paper, card, and bill jams.
• Manage service calls by prioritizing tasks, contacting customers with ETAs, and maintaining parts inventory.
• Inspect equipment for correct operation and escalate complex issues according to established procedures.

Required Skills

• Experience with card reader and printer maintenance.
• Ability to perform device resets and testing.
• Hands-on experience pulling cables and mounting devices.
• Mechanical aptitude for installing locks and basic locksmithing tasks.
• Ability to manage service paperwork and inventory.
• Capacity to travel to customer sites to resolve 5-8 calls per day.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with EV charging station maintenance.
• Previous field service or technical support background.
