Description

You will provide hands-on technical support and hardware maintenance at customer sites in Fairview Heights, IL.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
• Identify product failures, order necessary parts, and execute repairs.
• Manage user account information, including security rights and system groups.
• Document, upgrade, or replace hardware and software systems as required.
• Recommend products or services that meet specific customer requirements.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience in field service or a related technical area.
• Proven ability to maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot hardware failures.
• Experience repairing computer systems and peripherals.
• Knowledge of user account management and security group administration.
• Familiarity with standard field service concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to document system changes and hardware upgrades.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
