You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals in the Louisville area.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
• Document, upgrade, or replace hardware and software systems.
• Manage user account information, including security, rights, and systems groups.
• Train employees and identify product failures.
• Order and replace parts as required to resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in field service or a related technical area.
• Hands-on experience maintaining and repairing computer hardware.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting computer systems and peripherals.
• Knowledge of standard technical concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to manage user accounts and system security groups.
• Experience with hardware and software documentation and upgrades.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
