Description

You will provide hands-on technical support for computer systems, hardware, and peripherals in San Jose, CA.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain computer systems and hardware components.
• Document, upgrade, or replace hardware and software systems as required.
• Manage user account information, including security, rights, and system groups.
• Identify and repair product failures and order replacement parts.
• Train employees on system usage and recommend products or services.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in field service or a related technical area.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair computer hardware and systems.
• Knowledge of standard technical concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Experience managing user accounts, security permissions, and system groups.
• Ability to perform hardware and software upgrades and replacements.
• Any Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
