Description

Provide on-site break-fix support and technical maintenance for hardware systems at retail locations.

Responsibilities

• Execute break-fix repairs for PCs, laptops, printers, and POS systems.
• Deliver on-site technical support at various client retail locations.
• Document and communicate technical issues and resolutions via verbal, written, and electronic channels.
• Manage daily travel logistics, covering distances potentially exceeding 50 miles per day.

Required Skills

• CompTIA A+ certification.
• 1 to 2 years of field service experience.
• Proven hardware troubleshooting skills for break-fix scenarios.
• Strong customer service skills for direct client interaction.
• Ability to maintain reliable daily attendance and punctuality.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites.
